All Fours Quad Stretch

Get down on your hands and knees. This is your starting position.
Grab your right ankle/foot with your right hand, and pull it up and towards you until your thighs are parallel to the ground.
Hold the pose for 10-20 seconds, then repeat with your left leg.
Some suggest grabbing your ankle with the opposite hand, to stretch the sides more.
