All Fours Quad Stretch

Instructions

  1. Get down on your hands and knees. This is your starting position.

  2. Grab your right ankle/foot with your right hand, and pull it up and towards you until your thighs are parallel to the ground.

  3. Hold the pose for 10-20 seconds, then repeat with your left leg.

Variations

Some suggest grabbing your ankle with the opposite hand, to stretch the sides more.
